A Journey of Resilience & Service

Turning Personal Challenge Into Global Mission

A Life-Altering Experience

In 2017, Rev. Isaac Yeboah became physically disabled due to a spinal cord injury, compounded by medical negligence. Since then, he has relied entirely on a wheelchair for mobility. This life-altering experience opened his eyes to the harsh realities faced by persons with disabilities in Africa—realities that often go beyond physical limitations to include neglect, stigma, lack of support, and systemic barriers.

A Powerful Realization

Through his journey, he came to a powerful realization: in many cases, what people with disabilities go through in Africa is more disabling than the disability itself.

Building the Foundation

Driven by this understanding, he began reaching out in his own small way to support others facing similar challenges. However, as the need grew beyond his personal capacity, he was inspired to establish OurHelp Age Foundation—a platform to mobilize resources, raise awareness, and extend meaningful support to those in need.

Today, through the foundation, Rev. Isaac Yeboah continues to advocate for dignity, inclusion, and empowerment for persons living with disabilities. His life stands as a testament to resilience, purpose, and the unwavering belief that every individual, regardless of circumstance, deserves hope, support, and the opportunity to thrive.
